Kamdar Constructions (P) Ltd

Kamdar Constructions (P) Ltd is located in the Gorpuri area of Pune. Specifically, we are at A5/4 in the Bramha Baug Society on B.T. Kawade Road. It’s a pretty well-known road in this part of town. The society is a nice place to have an office because it’s not right in the middle of the heavy traffic, though B.T. Kawade Road itself gets pretty jammed up during rush hour. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. Our day starts early, usually with a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on our various sites around the city. We aren't a corporate giant with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller team and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a dozen emails. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the drawings and samples laying around. Construction isn't a clean job, and our office reflects that. We just focus on the task at hand. If we are working on a project in Gorpuri or further out in Pune, we spend most of our time on-site rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve seen the city grow and the skyline change, and we’re just glad to be a small part of it. We don't use fancy slogans. We just show up, do what we need to do, and try to keep things moving. It's just a regular local business life.
