Shikrapur Road in Chakan is always busy with trucks and dust. Our office is in the Shree Hari Complex. It's not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our maps and site plans. We do a lot of construction work around Pune. Some days are spent entirely on-site getting dusty and checking on the progress of the walls, and other days we are stuck here in Chakan doing paperwork. It gets noisy outside because of the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We started this company to handle local building projects. We don't have a big corporate team, just some honest workers and a couple of us managing the schedules. If you come by, you might find some bags of sand or gravel samples lying around. That’s just how it is in this business. We try to keep things simple. No fancy speeches or big promises that we can't keep. We just build what needs to be built. The Pune weather can be unpredictable, especially during the monsoon, which really slows down our outdoor work. When it rains hard, we all just huddle in the office and wait it out. It’s a decent living. We know most of the people around here and they know where to find us if they need a wall fixed or a small structure put up. We've been at this for years and it is what we know.
