Kam Foundation

We set up Kam Foundation over in Hinjawadi, on Plot Number 2. If you are looking for us, we are near Sr. No. 255/1 in the Mulshi Taluka part of Pune. Everyone knows Hinjawadi for the big IT parks and the constant traffic, but we are in a spot that feels a bit more grounded. It is not a shiny glass office building. It is a practical space where we can actually sit down and get things sorted. My family has been around Pune for a long time, and seeing how the city expanded into Mulshi was something else. We decided to start this foundation because we saw how many people were moving in and how some of the older parts of the neighborhood were being overlooked. It is not always easy keeping up with everything. Some days the internet is slow or the power goes out for an hour, but that is just how it is. We do not have a team of hundreds. Most of the time, it is just me and a few others who care about the same things. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals and seeing what is needed. The area is always under construction, so there is dust and noise everywhere, but we do not mind it much anymore. We just wanted a place where we could work on our ideas without too much fuss. It is a basic office, really. Just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of commitment to the neighborhood.
