Our place is in Pune, at the Shimmer N Shine building, flat number A1-1303. It's part of the Saarrthi project at s no 19. It’s a bit of an odd mix at Kalyatva Agro And Events Llp, doing both agro work and event planning, but we make it work somehow. Some days we are talking about soil and seeds, and other days we are worrying about decorations and venues. It’s never a boring day, that’s for sure. The office is basically just a flat, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have stuff piled up in corners. We spend a lot of time on our phones or the laptop, trying to coordinate between two very different industries. It’s a bit of a juggle. Pune is a good place for this kind of thing because there is always something happening. We aren't big on titles or formal stuff here. We just get the work done. If a client calls about a wedding, we handle that, and if someone needs agro supplies, we handle that too. It can be stressful when everything happens at once, but we've gotten good at handling the pressure. It’s just how our business grew. We didn’t plan for it to be this way, it just happened naturally over time. Most of our neighbours probably wonder what we are doing with all those boxes coming in and out of the flat. It keeps us on our toes.
