You can find us over in Mundhwa, specifically on Sr. No. 38 in Keshav Nagar. We are Kalyani Thermal Systems Ltd, and our office is under the name of Kunjir Ganesh Laxman. Mundhwa is a busy part of Pune-36, and it feels like there is always construction or something moving nearby. Our spot is right in the middle of all that activity. It’s a very practical workspace. We don’t have big signs or anything flashy to draw attention. It’s just a place where we get our work done. The area is quite crowded, so finding a good spot to park a bike can be a challenge some days. Inside the office, things are pretty simple. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual gear for thermal systems work. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't big on corporate rules or formal dress codes here. Most of the time, we are just dressed in whatever is comfortable for the weather. We have our tea breaks at the local stall down the street, and that’s usually when we catch up on the neighborhood news. It’s a very grounded way to work. We just show up, do what we need to do for the company, and keep things moving. It’s a real, working-class part of the city.
