Kalyani Steels Ltd.

Our office is situated in Swargandha Society, right in unit number 8. This is in the 411016 area of Pune, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. We’ve been here under the Kalyani Steels Ltd name for a while. It’s a residential society, so it has a much calmer feel than being in a big commercial complex. You see people going about their daily lives, kids playing sometimes, and neighbors chatting. Our space is functional and doesn’t have any of those modern office gimmicks. It’s just where we come to work every morning. We have our computers and our files, and that’s about it. The rooms are a decent size, and we’ve made the best of the space we have. Sometimes it feels more like a home than an office because of the setting. There’s a bit of greenery around the society which is nice to look at during a break. We don’t get a lot of random foot traffic, which helps us stay focused on whatever needs doing. Most of the people who come by are here for a specific reason. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't go in for big meetings or anything too formal. It’s just us, doing the work that needs to be done, in a quiet corner of Maharashtra. It suits our style just fine without needing to be anything more than it already is.
