Reliance Infrastructure

Our office for Reliance Infrastructure is over in Kalyani Nagar, specifically in the Marigold Phase-3 building in Wadgaon Sheri. It’s a pretty well-known area in Pune, with lots of other offices and buildings nearby. The space inside is mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of maps or plans spread out on the tables. It’s not as quiet as you might think; there is always a hum from the air conditioning and the sound of people talking on their phones or typing away. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls, just some charts and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. The windows look out over the rest of the Marigold complex, and we can see the people coming and going from the other phases. We spend a lot of our time looking at data and trying to figure out how things are moving along with various projects. It’s a functional place, meant for working rather than showing off. There’s a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoons get long. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We come in, get the coffee started, and dive into the tasks at hand. It’s just a regular office environment where the focus is on getting the numbers and the plans right without any extra fuss. The elevators in the building are sometimes slow, but we manage just fine.
