Kalyani Group

Kalyani Group operates out of Flat No 5 in the Mugdha Residency, which is located in New Pavna Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune. Since we are in a residential building, it doesn't really feel like a cold, corporate office. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or people starting their cars in the morning. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen area is where we usually hang out during lunch. Chinchwad can get pretty busy with all the industrial stuff nearby, but our little corner in New Pavna Nagar is relatively okay. We spend our days coordinating different tasks and keeping track of our projects. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open most of the time to let the breeze in. It is a small team here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside, just the name on the door of the flat. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on a fancy building. Most of our work is done on laptops, and we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to each other across the room. It’s a comfortable enough spot to get through the work week without much stress or any unnecessary corporate polish. We just get it done and go home.
