We are located out in the Mundhwa area of Pune, specifically over at Keshavnagar. You can find us at Dwarka Park, which is right across from the KRB Workshop. Mahaveer K. Patil is the one heading things up at this particular spot. The area around here is quite industrial and busy with workshops and transport moving all the time. Being at Survey Number 29/1/A puts us right in the middle of all that activity. We handle the special steels side of the Kalyani Carpenter business from here. It is a dusty area sometimes because of all the construction and the workshops nearby, but that is just part of the daily job. We don’t have a fancy glass building or any of that. It’s a functional space that works for what we need to do. Every morning we open up and start going through the steel logs and delivery schedules. The Mundhwa location helps us stay close to the actual sites where the steel is used. We have a simple routine here. We check the stock, talk to the drivers, and sort out the paperwork. There isn't any corporate fluff in this office. We just say things as they are. If there's a delay, we deal with it. If things are on time, even better. It is a straightforward way of working. Most of the people working here have been around the Mundhwa area for a long time. We just keep our heads down and work.
