We are located at Flat No 102/B5 in the Fortune East building. This is over by Kharadi Road, right near the Housefull store. It’s a very busy part of Pune, 411014. Kalyani Carpenter Special Steels Ltd has been operating out of this specific spot for a while now. Kharadi has turned into a massive hub for all kinds of businesses, but we are just in this one building doing our daily work. We focus on special steels. It is a niche business, so you can't just buy this kind of metal anywhere. We spend a lot of our time looking at spreadsheets and technical data sheets. The office is actually just a regular flat that we converted for work purposes. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is actually fine by us. We get our work done without much fuss or noise. The traffic on Kharadi Road is getting worse every year, so we always hear the horns honking outside our window. It doesn’t really bother us much anymore. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just want to make sure the steel orders are correct before they go out. If a customer calls with a problem, we just try to fix it. It’s honest, practical work. The special steel we handle is used for things like industrial gears and shafts.
