Kalpataru

Kalpataru is tucked away in Karvenagar, which is a nice part of Pune to be in. We’ve got a small setup here where we handle the daily operations. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us who know the area well. The streets around here can get a bit narrow, so parking is always a bit of a gamble when we have visitors or deliveries. Inside the office, things are pretty casual. We have some old desks and a bunch of files that probably need better organizing, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time talking to people from the neighborhood and keeping track of the local projects we are involved in. Pune has changed a lot over the years, but Karvenagar still feels like it has its own pace. We try to stick to that pace and not get too stressed out when things get hectic. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the computers. We don't have any big corporate goals, we just want to do the work right and make sure everyone is satisfied with what we provide. It’s just a normal business day for us, starting early and finishing up whenever the work is done. It’s not a complicated life but it keeps us busy enough.
