Kalpataru Constructions

Kalpataru Constructions is located in Vishrantwadi, Pune. It’s a well-known part of the city. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a room with some desks, a few computers, and a lot of coffee cups. Vishrantwadi is a busy junction, so there's always something going on outside. We hear the buses and the rickshaws all day. It’s a good spot because people can find us easily. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone or talking to someone who walked in. We do construction work around Pune, but this is where we come back to at the end of the day to finish the logs. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it. We prefer to spend our time on the actual job sites. There’s a small snack shop around the corner where we get our vada pav in the afternoon. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build stuff and try to make sure everything stays on track. That’s really all there is to know about our little setup in Vishrantwadi. It works for us and the people we work with.
