You can find Kalpataru Const. over in Kharadi, specifically in the B-Wing, Flat No. 210 at Parmar Square. We are quite close to the Zensar IT Tower, which makes it easy to find us if you know the Chandan Nagar area. The office is inside a commercial building, so it’s a bit more formal than a house, but inside it still feels like a regular workplace. We have a few computers, a printer that jams more than it should, and a lot of maps of Pune pinned to the walls. We do a lot of planning here before we head out to the sites. Kharadi has grown so fast, and we are right in the middle of all that development. It can get pretty noisy with all the traffic and the nearby IT crowds, but we don't mind it too much. Our days are mostly spent talking to contractors and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small team trying to keep our projects on track. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to order something or losing a pen, but we always fix them. It’s just how things go when you’re busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the construction work we have in front of us. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the work.
