Kalcon Infrastructure

Our office is located in the Gold Leas Building, right at Flat No 1023/A. We are in the Aundh Anex area, which is a pretty lively part of the city. If you know where the Bharat Gas Agency is in Aundh Sakinaka, we are very close to that. In fact, we are right opposite Park Street. It’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Kalcon Infrastructure has been using this flat as a base for quite some time. It’s a decent sized space where we can spread out our plans and handle the daily phone calls. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a regular flat converted into a workspace. We like being in this neighborhood because everything you need is close by. Sometimes the road gets blocked up with delivery trucks for the gas agency, but we’ve learned to deal with it. The building itself is well-known around here. We have a small crew that comes in every day to keep things moving. There’s always a lot of paperwork and technical drawings lying around. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a practical setup for an infrastructure business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at sites, but this is where we come back to get organized. The neighborhood has a mix of families and small offices, so it feels very grounded. It’s a functional place for us to be.
