Kalapi Constructive

Kalapi Constructive is run from a couple of offices, numbers 11 and 12, in the Nirmeeti Eminence building. We are situated in Erandwane, specifically around the Sardar Nagar No 1 area. It is a good, central location in Pune that makes it easy for us to get around to our various sites. The office itself is very basic and practical. We have some large tables for laying out our construction drawings and a few older computers for the office work. It isn't a polished corporate suite; it is a real workspace where things actually happen. You will often find samples of materials like bricks or stone sitting in the corners. We have been here for a good while and the space feels very familiar to us. The building houses several other professional offices, so it is usually quiet enough for us to focus on our plans. Our team is small, and we spend a lot of time out at different project sites or talking to contractors. When we are here, we are busy with the details of planning and paperwork. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing posters on the walls. It is just a place for us to do our work. The windows look out onto the local street, which is nice in the afternoons. We like being in Erandwane because everything we need is close by. It is an honest, straightforward office where we handle the day-to-day business.
