Kalapi Construction

Kalapi Construction is based right here in Kothrud, specifically in the Kushal Park apartment complex. If you know the area near the Kothrud Depot, you’ve probably passed by our building. We are in Wing B1, Flat 11. It’s a quiet spot in Bhushari Colony on the left side. Most of our day is spent out on different sites around Pune, making sure things get built properly and on time. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and meet with clients to go over plans. Building things is what we do. Sometimes the weather in Pune makes it hard to keep a schedule, especially when the monsoon hits, but we try to keep moving. Most of the people working here have lived in this part of the city for years. We know the local roads and where to get the right materials without making a big fuss. It isn't always glamorous work. There's a lot of dust and noise involved in construction, but that is just part of the job. We keep our tools ready and our office door open for whoever needs to talk about a project. It is a straightforward business run by local people who understand how things work in this neighborhood. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the bricks and mortar.
