KAKADE'S URBAN NIDHI LIMITED

We are located in Theur, which is in the Pune district. The office is set up care of Dhondiba Raghu Kakade, and that is where we do all our Nidhi work. Theur is a famous place because of the temple, but for us, it is just home. We have a small office that doesn't look like much from the outside, but we have everything we need to keep things running. Being in the Pune district means we see a mix of people from the city and the nearby villages. We spend our mornings checking the records and our afternoons meeting with the people who come by. It is a simple way of doing business, without any of the corporate talk you hear in the big cities. We just sit down, have a glass of water, and talk about what needs to be done with the accounts. The building is older, but it is sturdy and it keeps the sun out during the hot months. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who know the area well. We handle the paperwork, collect the signatures, and make sure the files are put away safely. It is a quiet life for the most part, except for the festival days when the whole area gets packed with visitors. We just keep doing our daily routine here in Theur, year after year.
