We've been around Karvenagar for a bit now. Our office is right by the Ganesh Mandir in Kalpataru Colony, which most locals know. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Running a chit fund company like Kaivali Chits (India) Private Limited involves a lot of paperwork and talking to neighbors. People come in to settle their monthly installments or just to check when the next auction is happening. We try to keep things straightforward. There isn't much to say about the building, it's just a regular office space at Sr.No. 15/5A. We see the same faces every month, which is nice because it feels more like a community than just a business. Sometimes the traffic near the temple gets a bit much during festivals, but that's just Pune life for you. We handle the accounts, manage the draws, and make sure everyone gets their turn when they need it. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, answering phones and filling out forms. We aren't a big fancy corporation with glass walls. We just have our desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. It works for us. Most of the folks who come in are from around this part of Pune. We’ve stayed in this same spot for a while now. It's just easier for everyone to find us since the temple is such a clear landmark. If you're walking through Kalpataru Colony, you've probably passed us.
