Down at S No 255/1 in Hinjewadi, we’ve got our setup for Kaeser Compressors I Pvt Ltd. Hinjewadi has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up, but our corner in Taluka Mulshi stays pretty consistent. We work with compressors, which are basically just big machines that push air. It's loud work sometimes. People usually find us because they need something fixed or a new part for their system. We don't spend much time on the website or making things look pretty. Most of the guys here wear work clothes that get greasy by noon. We’ve got a small office area, but most of the action happens in the back where the equipment is kept. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city center, but the roads are better than they used to be. We have a routine. We open up, check what came in overnight, and start on the repairs or assemblies. Some days are slower than others. On Fridays, we usually try to wrap up a bit earlier if the workload allows. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the machines we send out actually work like they’re supposed to. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. It is just a regular place where we put in our hours and try to do things the right way.
