Kadkamp

Kadkamp is located in the Wadgoan Bk. area of Pune. Our specific spot is E 7 in Kirti Nagar No.2. It is a decent neighborhood to work in, though it can get pretty busy during the day. We have been set up in this building for a while now. It is not a flashy office with a lot of glass or modern art. It is just a plain room where we get our work done. Most of the time, the desks are covered in notes and various bits of paper. We try to keep a routine, starting early and finishing up whenever the work for the day is actually through. Pune is a large city, but this corner of it feels a bit more like a community. We know the people who run the nearby shops and where to get the best snacks in the afternoon. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we mostly just ignore it and focus on the screens. We do not have any big corporate policies that make things complicated. If something needs to be fixed, we just fix it. If a job needs doing, we just do it. It is a very direct way of working. Our space is functional and has everything we need, like a decent internet connection and a place to make some tea. We are just a small group of people working together in a regular office. It is not always perfect, but we make it work every single day.
