K. Raheja Corp.

K. Raheja Corp. is tucked away in Kothrud, specifically at Flat No. 10 in the Lata Housing Society. We are located on Plot No. 68 in Ideal Colony. It’s a nice, quiet residential area which is a change of pace from the busier parts of Pune. We like it here because it’s calm and we can focus on what we’re doing without too much noise. The society has been around for a while, and most of the neighbors know us by now. We don't have a giant signboard outside. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our workspace. We handle the business matters for the company from here. It feels more like a home than an office, which is how we prefer it. There’s a small garden area nearby where we sometimes take a break. The address 411 029 is easy enough for the postman to find. We get a lot of mail and documents delivered every week. We try to keep the place tidy, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the big table in the middle of the room. It’s just a few of us working here, so it never gets too loud. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, drink some coffee, and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day. It’s a steady way to live.
