We are K P Rao & Co, and you can find us at 25 Bangalore GPO Indra Nagari, over in Dhanukar Colony. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to some other parts of the city, which we actually prefer. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building among others. Inside, we have our setup where we spend the bulk of our week. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of cabinets for all the records we keep. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sign out front. Most people find us because they already know where we are or someone told them. We’ve been in Dhanukar Colony for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Our daily routine is pretty fixed. We show up, deal with the mail, and get started on whatever files are waiting for us. It’s not the most exciting work to talk about, but it’s what we do. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in and help out when someone gets stuck. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We like keeping things informal and easygoing. The office usually smells like old paper and the coffee we make in the small pantry. It’s a decent place to work and we’re happy to be here.
