We are located on Sinhagad Road, specifically in the OM Shree Alkapuri society within Jayraj Nagar. The office is actually in Building D11, Flat 15, which is part of Sundar Garden. It’s a bit different from a typical storefront because we are in a residential complex. It makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed. You don't have the loud street noise right at your door, just the usual sounds of people living their lives. K Ish Enterprises is a small operation. We use one of the rooms as our main workspace. There are computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of files. Working from a flat means we can keep things quiet and focus on the details. We mostly deal with local clients who appreciate that we aren't some big, cold company. We have our tea in the kitchen and sometimes we take a break in the garden area downstairs to get some fresh air. It’s a good way to work. We’ve been here in Sundar Garden for a while and we know the security guards and the neighbors. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us through word of mouth. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just do our business quietly and try to make sure every client is satisfied with what we’ve done before they leave the flat.
