Our place is down in Pimpri at Plot No A 83-85 in the H Block. It’s an industrial area, so it gets pretty noisy with all the machines and trucks moving around. K D Joshi Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd has been sitting on this lot for a long time. We deal with rubber products, which means it smells a certain way around here, but we don't even notice it anymore. The factory floor is where most of the action is. We have people who have been working these machines for decades. They know the sounds the equipment makes when something is slightly off. It’s not a fancy setup. It’s a workspace for getting things manufactured. We have some office space too, but it's mostly for handling orders and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the H Block gets a bit crowded with traffic, especially in the mornings. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We aren’t trying to be a tech startup with bean bags and coffee bars. We just make rubber parts. It’s messy work sometimes, and it’s always hot near the presses. But we take pride in the fact that what we make actually lasts. People around Pimpri know us as the place that just gets on with it. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we’re still here making things. We are at Plot A 83-85 every day, just doing what we know how to do for our customers.
