Jyoti Toolings & Press Components

Our workshop is situated at T-102 Midc in Bhosari. If you come by Jyoti Toolings & Press Components, you will probably hear us before you see us. The sound of the presses is something you just get used to after working here for a few weeks. It’s a loud, busy environment where we spend most of our time dealing with metal and machinery. The air usually has that heavy smell of oil and coolant. We have been in this part of Bhosari for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well for what we do. There is no air conditioning in the main shop, so we just keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. The floor is covered in scraps and shavings that we sweep up at the end of every shift. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We wear our work clothes and usually have some dirt on our hands. When a customer walks in, they just find us on the floor and we talk right there. It’s a practical way of doing things. We don’t have much room for a lobby or a lounge area. Every inch of space is taken up by a machine or a rack of parts. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is ready for the next day. It is simple and honest work.
