We are located at T-102 in Midc Bhosari. It’s an industrial spot where you can hear the sound of metal hitting metal all day long. Jyoti Toolings & Press Components Pvt Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for many years now. The space is filled with big machines and bins of metal parts. It isn't a place for someone who likes to keep their clothes clean. We deal with a lot of press work, so there is always a rhythmic thumping sound in the background. Our team is small, and we mostly just get on with our tasks without much talk. The office part of the building is just a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that has seen better days. We don't spend much time worrying about the decor. Most of our clients are other industrial businesses who know exactly what they need. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog and things get a bit chaotic, but we always find our way through it. The area is quite busy, and there’s a small dhaba nearby where we usually get our lunch. It is a simple life of manufacturing. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the shift is over. It’s honest work in a tough environment, and that suits us just fine. We just try to keep the machines in good shape.
