Our place, Jyoti Toolings & Press Components Pvt Ltd, is located at T-102 on the Bhosari Jain Temple Road. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who works in the Bhosari area. We do a lot of press work and tooling here, so there’s always the sound of metal hitting metal. It’s not the quietest environment, but we’re used to it. The shop floor is where everything happens, from the first cut to the final check. We’ve got various presses lined up, and the guys know how to handle each one. We don't have a big fancy entrance, just a regular door that leads right into the action. The road outside can get a bit crowded, especially near the temple, but we manage our pick-ups and drops without much trouble. We spend most of our time looking at dies and metal sheets rather than sitting in meetings. It’s the kind of place where you wear boots and keep your sleeves rolled up. We’ve been at T-102 for a good stretch of time now, and we know most of the neighbors. If there’s a problem with a component, we just take it back to the bench and fix it. There’s no complicated process, just practical thinking and hard work. We keep our records in a simple office at the front, but the real heart of the company is out back with the machines. It keeps everyone busy throughout the day.
