Our place is T-102 in the M.I.D.C. area of Bhosari. If you know the industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses. Jyoti Tooling Press Components Pvt. Ltd. is right in the middle of it. We spend our days working with press components and tools. It’s noisy and greasy work, but we are used to it by now. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the space. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have some big industrial fans that keep the air moving a bit. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone in overalls who will help you out. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to act corporate about it. Most of our workers live nearby and have been here for a long time. We have a small corner for office work, but most of the action happens on the shop floor where the real manufacturing takes place. It’s a practical environment for people who like making things with their hands. The road outside can get pretty dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just life in Bhosari. We just focus on getting the components right and making sure the machines are running as they should be every single morning.
