Junior Engineer

I am a junior engineer and I work from our office at 82/675 in Laxminagar. This is in the Parvati area of Pune, and I usually work alongside Abhijit Deshmukh. Our setup is pretty simple and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. I handle the junior engineering side of the business, which mostly means I’m the one out in the field or buried under a pile of technical drawings. We don’t have a big corporate office or any fancy mission statements. It’s just a small space where we get the work done. Laxminagar is a crowded neighborhood, so there’s always something that needs fixing or building nearby. I spend a lot of my time visiting sites and talking to contractors to make sure everything is being done according to the plans. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details, but I enjoy the practical side of it. Pune is a busy city and getting around can be a challenge, but being based in Parvati is convenient for the local jobs we take on. I don’t bother with promotional talk or trying to impress people with big words. If you need some engineering help, you just come to our door and we see what can be done. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and it keeps me pretty busy from one day to the next.
