Jsw Steel

Our office is located at Flat No. 6/A1 in the Dharma Apartments, over in Pimpri Waghere, Pune. It’s a bit unusual to be in an apartment building, but it works for what we do for Jsw Steel. The neighborhood is a mix of residential and small businesses, so there’s always a lot of life around us. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us working here. You can hear the sounds of the street and the neighbors throughout the day, which makes it feel less like a cold corporate office and more like a part of the community. We handle some of the regional coordination and sales support from this spot. It’s not the place where they actually make the steel, but it’s where we make sure the orders and the people are managed properly. Getting here isn't too hard, though the parking in Pimpri can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late. We mostly stick to ourselves and get our work done. There’s no big sign out front, just our door and the regular hallways. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a practical, no-nonsense space. We drink a lot of chai and keep the fans running when the Pune heat starts to pick up in the afternoon. It is just a regular place where regular work happens.
