Our place, Jsr Innovative Pvt. Ltd., is located right out on the Maharashtra Pune Highway. It is a loud spot with all the big trucks passing by all day and night. We have been here for a bit now, working on various technical projects and engineering tasks. Being right on the highway makes it easy for parts to arrive, though the noise from the road never really stops. We have a small team of people who are good with their hands and even better at solving mechanical problems. It is not a corporate glass building with fancy rugs. It is a functional space with tools, metal desks, and a lot of half-finished prototypes sitting around. We do a lot of testing in the back. Some days things work perfectly on the first try, and other days we have to start over from scratch. That is just how it goes when you are trying to build new things. We do not really have a front desk person; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. We keep a lot of spare metal and wires in the back just in case we need them for a rush job. It is a messy process, but we enjoy the challenge of making something functional out of raw materials. People stop by because they saw the sign while driving toward Pune. We mostly just drink tea and talk about how to fix the next machine.
