Jr.Billing Engg

We’re located at Row House Number 7 in Prasun Homes, which is inside the Sant Kawaram Society. It’s right across from Sukhwani Citi in Pimpri, Pune. My role is as a Jr. Billing Engineer, so my days are filled with looking at project costs and making sure the bills are actually accurate. Pimpri is a busy industrial kind of area, so there’s always a lot of activity around here. The row house is a comfortable spot to work from, even if it gets a bit cluttered with all the technical drawings and spreadsheets I have to print out. I don’t use a lot of fancy jargon; I just look at what was built and what it should cost. Sometimes there are disagreements about the numbers, and I have to go through the records to find the truth of it. It’s a lot of back and forth with the contractors and the site managers. I’ve been in this society for a while now and the neighbors are good people. Usually, I’m at my computer by eight in the morning, trying to get ahead of the day's tasks. The sun hits the front windows in the afternoon and makes it a bit hot, but the location is convenient for getting to the different sites around Pune. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a practical space where I get the billing done. I try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up faster than I can sort it.
