Joshi Constructions

This is Joshi Constructions over in Kagal, near Kolhapur. We are located at Nath Krupa in B Ward. If you know the Nipani Vase area, you’ve probably passed by our place once or twice. It’s a typical local setup. We have our tools and our plans scattered around the office. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. We like knowing our clients personally. It’s easier to get things done when you can just talk to someone face to face without all the emails back and forth. Sometimes the site work gets messy, so the office usually has some mud on the floor from our boots. We don't mind it. It shows we’ve been out there working. My uncle used to say that a clean construction office means no one is building anything. We handle a lot of local stuff around the taluka. The weather in Kolhapur can be unpredictable, so we plan our weeks around the rain. We have a small crew. We all know each other well. Most mornings start with a quick meeting and then we head out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do honest work that stays standing for a long time. That’s what matters at the end of the day. The office is usually quiet after four once everyone heads back to their houses. We keep some extra cement bags in the back corner just in case a small job pops up. It's just how we run things.
