Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj

Our Pune branch of Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj is situated at A-11, Leela Park in Anand Nager. It’s right off Sinhgad Road, so we are very familiar with the local traffic and the way the area has grown over time. The office itself is pretty plain. We have what we need to get through the day, like desks, a few old computers, and shelves full of folders. We spend a lot of time looking at property records and talking to folks about their buildings. It isn't always exciting work, but it is necessary. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a desk. We like the atmosphere in Anand Nager because it feels like a real community. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered when we have big projects going on, but we know where everything is. We try to keep things simple and clear when we talk to anyone. No one here likes to use complicated terms if they can avoid it. We just show up, do the research, and help out where we can. The afternoon sun can make the office a bit warm, but we've got our routine down. It’s just a group of regular people working hard in a quiet part of Pune-51.
