Our place is at 54/5/1 over by Jagtap Farm's in Shanti Nagar, which is part of the Wanwadi area in Pune. It’s a pretty good spot to be, even if the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during the evening rush. The office is a straightforward space. We’ve got our desks lined up, and there’s usually a stack of blueprints or service manuals sitting on the corner table. Pune has some nice weather, so we often leave the windows open to catch a breeze, although that means we have to deal with the noise from the street. We’ve been here for a while, and the office has that slightly worn-in look that comes from people actually working in it every day. It’s not a sterile environment; there are half-empty water bottles and old pens scattered around. We handle the lift work for this side of town, so we’re often coordinating with the guys out on the road. There’s a small kitchen area where someone is usually making coffee or heating up their lunch. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a very casual, practical way of doing things. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the paperwork is in order before we head home. The light here is good in the morning.
