Jobless Right Now

We've been hanging around Viman Nagar for a while now, specifically over near the Cummins India Plant-2. Debjit Mishra manages things here at Plot No-206/2. The name Jobless Right Now sounds a bit funny, but it’s what we picked when we started this. We spend our days dealing with the usual stuff that comes up in an office like this. Pune is busy, especially this part of town, so there is always noise from the road and people moving about. We aren't a big corporation or anything fancy. It is just a small setup where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, which is pretty normal for us. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you'll see we just have the basic desks and some old chairs. We aren't trying to change the world here. Most of the time, we are just looking through papers or talking on the phone. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People ask about the name sometimes, but there isn't much of a story to tell. We just needed a name and that is what stuck on the paperwork. Being based in Viman Nagar means we see a lot of the industrial side of Pune. It’s a practical place to be for us. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. That’s pretty much how it goes.
