J.N. Tools

Our workshop is over at S-91 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are factories and workshops all around us. We’ve been working out of this unit for several years now. The floor is mostly covered in metal shavings and oil, which is just how a tool shop is supposed to look. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the space. It’s loud when everything is running, so we usually have to shout to be heard. We don't have a fancy office for meetings. If someone comes by, we usually just talk out on the shop floor. We keep a pot of tea going most of the morning. Our team is small, and we all know how to handle the different machines. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or anything like that. Most of the people we work for just call us up when they have a problem they can’t solve themselves. We try to be practical and get the job finished without a lot of talking. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend to finish a big order, but that’s just how it goes in Bhosari. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s got everything we need to do the job right. We’re just regular people doing a technical job every day. It's not fancy but it is what we do here.
