Our Pune office is on the first floor of Kudale Patil Towers, specifically in Flat Number 2. We are situated right near the BSNL office on Sinhagad Road. It’s a very recognizable spot in the city. The area is usually bustling with activity, which suits the way we work. We are involved in various construction and project management tasks around Pune. The office itself is pretty functional. We have some desks for the engineers and a small area for meetings. It’s not some high-end corporate suite; it’s a place for working people. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding site permits and material orders. Most of the team is out at the actual project locations most of the time. We know the Sinhagad Road area well, including all the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic. We don't really go in for fancy branding or slogans. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the projects are finished. If you come by, you might hear the hum of the city and the talk of the crew planning the next phase of a build. It’s a busy life, but we like it that way. We’ve been here long enough that people recognize us. We just keep our focus on the daily tasks. It is a no-nonsense approach to getting things done in a growing city like Pune. We just take things one day at a time here.
