Our Pune office is over at Vithal Vadi, specifically inside the Aditya Nakoda Enclave. You’ll find us at K/1 26, which is basically the space we share with Atul Dharap. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which is actually quite nice compared to the crowded industrial zones. Most of us at Jmc Projects (I) Ltd. appreciate the slightly slower pace of this neighborhood, even if the commute through Pune traffic can be a total nightmare some afternoons. The office itself is pretty simple. We have the usual stacks of papers, some old chairs, and a map of the city pinned to the wall that has seen better days. It isn't the kind of place where people wear suits every day; we’re more of a casual group focused on getting the project details right. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at blueprints. Sometimes we step out to the local shops to grab a snack or just to stretch our legs. It feels more like a community here than a corporate hub. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. If someone needs something, they just walk over to the next desk and ask. It’s practical, a bit messy at times, but it works for us. Living and working around Pune 30 means we’re used to the local rhythms and the way things get done in this city without needing anything too polished.
