Jmc Projects (I) Ltd. has a small base in Lonavala at B-268, Barah Bunglow. We are located right in the Railway Quarters area. It’s a bit of a unique spot to have an office, but it works for us. Lonavala is known for being a hill station, so the atmosphere here is definitely different from a city office. When it’s the rainy season, the whole place gets covered in mist and everything feels a bit damp, but it’s actually a nice change of pace. Our office is fairly modest, housed in an older style building that fits in with the rest of the bungalow area. We aren't here for the tourism; we are here because of the project work nearby. The staff usually arrives a bit early to beat any traffic that might come through town on the weekends. We spend most of our time going over site plans or handling the logistics for materials coming up the ghats. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls. There isn't anything fancy about how we operate. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and a lot of commitment to the daily grind. It’s a quiet place to focus, away from the more hectic sites. We mostly just keep to ourselves and make sure the administrative side of the construction is being handled properly. It’s a good, solid place to work from and we have been here for quite some time now.
