We’ve been set up here at J.Kumar Infraprojects Ltd for a while now. Our spot is right at House No C-1, part of the Balasaheb Tanpure Jijai Nivas building. It’s pretty easy to find because we’re right across from Matoshri Hospital in the Thergoan area of Pune. Being in Pune 31 keeps us busy. Most days, it’s just us handling the usual work that comes with running an infrastructure place. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get things done. People often drop by asking for directions because of the hospital nearby. We like being in this neighborhood. The traffic can get a bit much during peak hours, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We don't really do the whole big corporate talk thing. It's more about making sure the daily tasks are sorted. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, and we just keep the fans going and keep working. If you're looking for us, just look for the Jijai Nivas sign. We’ve been here long enough that most the locals know where we are. It’s a decent place to work, and we try to keep things simple. No need for complicated stuff when you just need to finish the day’s pile of paperwork or handle the site updates. That’s pretty much us.
