Jidnyasa Educational Research Foundation

Our foundation is based in Pune, out in the Ambegaon Pathar area of Haveli. We are in a residential-style building called Jidhyasa, specifically in Flat B-4. It’s a bit away from the main city chaos, which is something we actually like. Jidnyasa Educational Research Foundation is not a typical office. It feels more like a home where we happen to do research. We have bookshelves everywhere and a lot of notebooks. It’s not a polished corporate space. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. You just come in and we are there working. Most of our days are spent reading or writing. It’s quiet work, and this neighborhood is good for that. We aren't trying to sell anything. We just want to do our research and learn new things. Sometimes the local kids are playing outside and it gets a bit noisy, but it’s a good kind of noise. We don't have any fancy brochures about our work. We just do it because we are curious about things. It’s a simple setup and it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the building are used to seeing us around. It’s a very normal way to spend the day. We just keep at it and don't worry about being fancy. We believe in taking it slow and getting the details right without any corporate pressure.
