Jeswani and Associates LLP

Our office is in the Laxmi Chaya Building on Bajirao Road. We’re in room 205 on the second floor. It’s right in the Budhwar Peth area of Pune, which is always busy. If you know where Prabhat Talkies is, we are just a short walk from there. We’ve been working out of this building for quite a few years now. Being an LLP, we handle a lot of legal and financial paperwork. It’s mostly files and folders everywhere you look. We aren't the type to have a big flashy sign or a modern lounge. It’s a traditional office with heavy wooden desks and old-fashioned cupboards. We spend most of our time reading through documents and meeting with people who need advice. The traffic on Bajirao Road can be pretty loud, but the walls of the building are thick enough to keep it mostly quiet inside. We have a small group of people working here. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to finish before a deadline. It’s a practical place to work because it’s in the heart of the city. We know the other tenants in the building and sometimes we share a quick word in the hallway. If you’re coming by, the stairs are right near the entrance. We just keep doing our thing, day after day, helping people navigate their paperwork and getting the filings done on time.
