Our place is located in Shrinagri Housing Society over in Talegaon Dabhade. It is unit D-3/11. It might seem a bit quiet for a manufacturing company since it’s in a residential area, but we manage just fine. Most of the neighbors know what we do by now. We’ve been set up in this part of Pune for some time. It’s a lot different than the big industrial zones you see on the maps. We keep things on a smaller scale here. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit tricky because the society roads aren't meant for huge trucks, but we make it work with smaller vans. It’s a family-style environment mostly. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just handle our manufacturing work and keep to our schedule. The mornings are nice here because it’s a bit cooler than the city center. We drink a lot of tea while we plan out the day’s production. There is no front desk or receptionist to greet you, just the back area where the actual work happens. We put a lot of time into making sure the items are right before they leave the door. Being in Shrinagri means we have to be mindful of the noise, so we don't run machines too late. It’s a simple way of doing business. We focus on the local area and keep our heads down. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
