Up in Nigdi, specifically on the Pradhikaran side of things, we have a small office in Flat 7 of Building B-2. It’s part of the Siddhivinayak Prasth complex in Sector 26. Since it is a residential building, it feels a lot different than working in a big industrial area. We like the quiet vibe here, and it’s nice knowing the people who live in the same building. The traffic near the main Pune-Mumbai road can be a real nightmare during the rush hours, so we try to time our movements carefully. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the different rooms into our workspace. There are computers set up on the old tables and boxes of documents stacked in the corners. It isn't a fancy setup, but it’s where we get our work done. We spend a lot of time on the balcony when we need a break, just watching the neighborhood go by. You can hear kids playing downstairs and the typical sounds of Pune life. It feels like an honest place to be. We don’t have a massive staff, just a small group of us making sure everything stays on track. The address is a little long to explain to people, but it’s simple enough once you actually arrive. We don’t have any massive logos on the door, just a small plate so you know you’re at the right place. It is a simple life for us here.
