Over in Vadgaon, we are running things out of Flat No. 8 in the Swami Samart Appartment. This is located in Ghule Nagar, and it’s a regular residential building where we’ve set up our base. The street outside is usually bustling with scooters and people walking to the local shops nearby. It’s a very lived-in part of Pune, not like those shiny new office parks you see in other parts of the city. Our space inside the flat is pretty small, honestly. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and files stacked up wherever there is a bit of floor space left. It gets a little bit cramped, especially when we have more than a couple of people visiting, but we make it work for us. The kitchen is mostly there for making coffee and snacks for the small team we have here. We don’t really have a corporate culture or anything formal like that. It’s more like a group of us working together in a shared house. Sometimes you can hear the neighbor’s dog barking or the noise from the construction work down the road, but that is just life in Vadgaon. We keep things simple and just focus on getting through the work each day. It’s a practical way to operate without any unnecessary extras. People know us as the guys in Flat 8, and we are happy with that.
