Jaypee Projects Limited

Jaypee Projects Limited is based out of Pune, specifically in the Pashan area. Our office address is D-27, Kumar Priyadarshan on Sus Road. We are right next to the Balaji Temple, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Pashan is a nice part of Pune, a bit quieter than the main city center but still very active. Our office is in a residential-cum-commercial building. It’s not a huge skyscraper or anything. We have a few rooms where the project teams sit and work on their plans and documents. It can get a bit cluttered with all the blueprints and files lying around, but we know where everything is. The people here are mostly engineers or admin staff who have been with the company for several years. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to be finished. Sus Road can get quite busy during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably just see someone busy at a computer or on the phone. We just focus on the technical side of the projects we are assigned to. It’s a decent place to work and we keep things pretty simple and down to earth. That’s just the way we like to run things around here.
