We are located in Pune, specifically at units 208-209 in the ‘A’ Wing of the Parmar Trade Centre. It is situated right by Sadhu Vaswani Chowk, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. The pin code here is 411001. Jaypee Associates has been operating from this building for a good stretch of time now. Our office is just a regular, no-nonsense workplace where we deal with all the paperwork and planning for our various projects. It is usually pretty busy with the sound of people working and the phones ringing throughout the afternoon. Pune is a fast-moving city, and being at Sadhu Vaswani Chowk means we are right in the center of all that movement. We do not have a lot of time for fancy talk or trying to polish up our image for anyone. We just prefer to get the job done and move on to the next thing. The office isn't anything particularly special to look at, but it is the place where all the real work happens. We have got a small group of people working here who really know the ropes of the business. Sometimes we have to stay late when there is a lot of work to catch up on, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We like the neighborhood, even if finding a parking spot can be a bit of a struggle most days. We are just a local business trying to do right and stay busy.
