Jaycee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 1 & 2, Pratham Niwas, right behind the Octroi Check Post in Warje Malwadi. We’ve got a spot in S. No. 44/1 that’s easy enough to find if you know where the old check post used to be. It’s a tech office, but it’s not like those big shiny buildings you see in the IT parks. We are in a more residential-feeling neighborhood, which is actually quite nice. The office is spread across two units in the building. Inside, it’s mostly a bunch of workstations, some soldering irons, and a lot of tangled wires on the test benches. We spend our days troubleshooting boards and working on technical designs. It can get pretty quiet when everyone is focused on their screens, but there’s always someone making a joke or heading out to grab some snacks from the shop around the corner. We don't have a canteen or anything, so we usually bring our tiffins from home and eat together. The Pune weather is usually good, but the dust from the main road nearby finds its way inside no matter how much we clean. We aren't trying to be the next big global giant; we just like fixing things and making technology that works. It’s a practical workspace for people who enjoy engineering and don’t care much for corporate suits or long meetings that don’t go anywhere. We keep a small toolkit on every desk and there's always a half-finished project around.
