Jaya Hind Industries Ltd

Our office is located in Sugandh F, Flat Number 3, right in Premlok Park. We are very close to the Ganesh Mandir in Chinchwad. It’s a nice enough area of Pune, and being in a flat makes the work feel a bit more personal than being in a giant industrial complex. We handle various industrial matters from this small base. The rooms are filled with desks and old computers. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit for a meeting. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have our tea in the small kitchen and talk about the day's tasks. Being near the temple, we hear the bells sometimes, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. We've been at this Chinchwad location for a while. The work is mostly coordination and making sure things are where they should be. It gets busy, and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of the desk until Friday. We don't use any fancy management software, just some notebooks and a lot of talking to each other. The flat gets good light in the morning, which makes it a nice place to start the day. We have a couple of fans that rattle a bit when they are on high, but they keep us cool. There are bookshelves lined with old manuals and ledgers that we haven't touched in years, but they stay there anyway. It works for us. We just try to stay on top of things.
